Paparazzi Compensation Plan

There are a few different ways that Paparazzi Consultants make money.
1. Personal retail sales. As consultants we buy our jewelry from Paparazzi for $2.75+ tax. We then sell our jewelry for $5.00+ tax which gives us a 45% commission. We make $2.25 for each piece we sell.
2. Website sales. Paparazzi gives us our very own free website for our customers to shop from. When a customer places an order you get a 45% commission on the retail value of the sale. Paparazzi will send you a check in the mail or send your commission via direct deposit.
3. Team building commissions. When you start growing a team you will earn commissions that are paid to you by Paparazzi. The amount will depend on how many team members you have, your teams total volume for the month and your current months rank. You'll also receive a Business Building Bonus from Paparazzi for every team member you personally sponsor. You get 15% of the total PV value!
Paparazzi Terms
PV - Personal Volume.
Each piece of $5 jewelry is worth 2 PV. Each piece of Zi Collection jewelry is worth 10 PV. Starlet Shimmer and Boutique Items (swag) do not have any PV value.
OV/GV - Overall volume or Group volume. (They mean the same thing)
This is the amount of PV that your whole team has all together, not including your own PV.
Active - 50PV per calendar month
In order to be considered an "active" consultant you must have acquired 50pv through your website sales, your inventory purchases or a combination of both. You must be active to be paid on your teams commissions. You also must be active to be listed on the Paparazzi consultant locator. In order to remain a Paparazzi consultant you need to have at least 200PV for a rolling calendar year. If you do not then your consultant contract will be cancelled and you will have to wait a year to re-enroll.
Rank - Your Consultant Title
As you grow a team with Paparazzi you will begin to climb the ranks. Your rank depends on how many team members you have and what your teams total volume is. See the chart above for specific ranks and their qualifications.
When and how does Paparazzi pay us?
You can earn commissions that are paid to you directly from Paparazzi.
Your website sales commissions and your team commissions will be paid to you on the 20th of the following month that they are earned.
Example: You earn $500 in commissions in the month of January and Paparazzi pays you on February 20th.
Your commission amount must be at least $20 to be paid out. If it is not $20 then Paparazzi will hold it until the amount is $20 or greater.
Paparazzi pays us by check or direct deposit. You can choose your preferred method in your back office under your profile settings.
If you want direct deposit you MUST update your bank account information in your back office.
If you are not "active" for the month then you WILL still receive your website sales commissions but you will NOT be paid on your teams commissions.
