Why you should be building a Paparazzi team!
If you are first starting out as a consultant this may seem a little intimidating as you are new and maybe you don't have as much experience with the business yet BUT that does not mean you can't start building your own team and helping other start a successful business. You have a fabulous up line that is dedicated to leading by example and offering a helping hand when needed.
We are your mentors and your business guides.
You don't need to know everything in order to start building a team. You have tons of resources to help your new team members get training and find the help they need. YouTube, Team group pages, and Team websites like this are all fantastic resources.
Reasons to build a team:
You get to help others build a business that could potentially change their life.
I started with Paparazzi to make a couple hundred dollars a month to help with bills and I ended up making thousands of dollars a month and becoming an Elite ranked leader. My life has been affected financially and personally on accident. All you have to do is present the opportunity and provide your new team member with resources.
Financial Gain.
Did you know that when you build a team Paparazzi pays you commissions when your team works their business? Yep! You get paid just for helping others build their businesses also. Your rank determines the level of pay you receive. The higher your rank, the more you get paid! You never take money away from your team members. Paparazzi pays your commissions to you.
Here are a few ways to find new team members:
YouTube! Lots of people that are interested in becoming a Paparazzi consultant will go to Youtube to learn more about the business and to look for a sponsor. Sponsor shopping on YT is how I found my sponsor and most of my team members found me there as well. Create videos that a new consultant may have questions on. When you provide helpful information you become a source of knowledge and people will trust you to be their Paparazzi business mentor.
Facebook Live Shows! When your customers are shopping from your FB live shows they get to see you in action running your business and making money! When they see that the business actually works they will be more inclined to contact you for information or enroll as a consultant. If they can see it they can believe it.
Host an opportunity night! This can be anything as simple as a FB live show to an in-person meeting at a restaurant with a group of people. I do my opportunity nights on Facebook Live. This should be an informal information session. I simply talk about Paparazzi and what it has done for me and my family.
