Your Back Office
Your back office is the place where you will run your business from. You'll find many helpful reports, resources and information there as well. Get familiar with your back office. Log in, click around and see what you can discover. On your home screen in the back office you will find tabs for Alerts, Messages, Events, Resources, New orders, Team information, Commission info, and Party info. See the screenshots below for a look at what each tab looks like and what you'll find there.
When you log in to your back office this is what your home page will look like.
Click on each of the tabs at the top of your home page to discover what's there. We will go through the basics of each tab below. On the left hand side of your screen you will find your consultant number and rank as well as your team statistics. Below that you will find the Paparazzi contact information. In the middle of the home page you will find important Paparazzi news. Please read this every day for new announcements. Under the news section you will find a summary of your alerts. Under the alerts summary you will find Paparazzi social media posts. Keep an eye on these for important news and contest info.
In your alerts tab you will find notifications when you enroll a new consultant, when your team members enroll a new consultant, when a customer orders, when a new customer creates a customer account, and you will get team member birthday announcements as well.
In your Messages tab you will find emails from other team members and your up line.
Your events tab will show a calendar of your events. You can add your parties, live shows, and any other events you want to in this calendar.
In your resources tab you will find checklists and worksheets, display instructions, approved Paparazzi logos, Consultant resources, IT training's, Zi Collection images, Archives, Policy and Procedures, Spanish materials, and more. Explore this tab and the menu on the left hand side.
In your Pipeline tab you can add the names and contact information for your prospective team members.

In your New Order tab you will be taken to the consultant shopping site where you will order jewelry for your inventory.
In your Orders tab you will see your own personal orders and order from your website.
Your Organization tab will show you information and reports on your down line team. Click on each of the menu items on the left hand side of your screen to discover what's in there. You may not understand some of the information and reports that are there but you will once you start building your team.
Your Commission tab will show you your commissions your earned from the previous month. Click on each of the menu items on the left hand side of your screen and discover what's there.
In your Party tab this is where your will create back office parties for your hostesses.
In Your Profile tab (your picture) you will be able to see your profile settings and personal information. You can edit your profile, edit your website info, edit your picture, change your bank account information, and see your recent account activity. Spend some time exploring this section, it is very important.
