Goal Setting

Your Map to Success!

One of the first things you will want to do as a new consultant is have a detailed vision and plan for your business.
The first thing you need to ask your self is "What do I want from my business?"
Do you want to make $500 a month in jewelry sales?
Do you want to have a team of 100 consultants?
Do you want to reach Crown Club 25 or Life of the Party Silver?
What do you want to accomplish in your first 30 days?
Do you want to hit the rank of Director?
Do you want sell 100 pieces of jewelry?
Write down what your vision is for your business and then write down what you want to accomplish in your first 30 days as a consultant.
Next you will also write down your goals for 3 months, 6 months and 1 year.
How will your accomplish your short term goals?
Will you go LIVE 2 times a week?
Will you book a couple home parties?
How many pieces of jewelry do you need to sell every week to accomplish your goals?
How many team members do you need to enroll to reach the next rank?
WHEN will your reach these goals. You must set a time limit.
You must be very specific when it comes to setting goals for your business. 
When you are reaching your goals then you know you are on the right track and that you are working your business efficiently.
