Shipping Your Jewelry

So you've finished your first Facebook live sale and now you need to ship your jewelry to your customers. Here are some tips and resources to help accomplish this easy task.

1. First decide how you are going to invoice your customers. You can use Square, PayPal, Venmo, or any other payment website or app of your choosing. There are pros and cons to using each of these so do your research. I personally use Square to send my invoices. You can use this link to sign up for Square and get your first $1000 in sales without processing fees. squareup.com/i/5JEWELRYBA
2. Once your invoices have been paid then you will need to package your orders and send them in the mail. You will need bubble mailers or boxes, whichever you choose. Bubble mailers sent by first class mail will be your least expensive option. I buy my bubble mailers from Amazon. The 6x9 size works for most orders with 1 to 5 pieces of jewelry. Your larger pieces or larger orders you will need a bigger sized envelope. I put my jewelry into plastic bags then wrap them in tissue paper for added padding.
3. You will need to address your envelopes. You can hand write your addresses or print shipping labels from home through PayPal, Stamps. com, Pirate Ship, or any shipping website of your choosing. Printing your labels from home will save you money on shipping. Once you have addressed your packages all you have to do is head to the post office and send them off.
